Lawyers — Advisory & Litigation

The law,
thought differently.

Since 1999, the firm founded by Michel Janvier Voukeng has defended companies, groups and individuals in Douala — including in landmark cases that have shaped Cameroon's judicial landscape. One demand in every matter: to find the angle others have missed.

Thinking out of the box

"The best strategy isn't always in the textbook.
It's in the case file."

Our approach

Outside the box, within the rules

  • Listen first. Understand the real stake — human, economic, strategic — before turning to the law.
  • Find the angle. Every case has a reading no one has tried. Our job is to find it.
  • Speak plainly. Advice without jargon, fees set out upfront, deadlines met.
  • See it through. From the first meeting to enforcement of the decision, a single point of contact.
Legal creativity is no fantasy: it is what remains when the obvious path is closed. Thinking out of the box

The firm

Maître Michel Janvier Voukeng

Founding lawyer — Cameroon Bar

A member of the Cameroon Bar since he was sworn in in November 1999, Mr Voukeng founded his firm that same year in Douala. More than twenty-five years of practice have given him a simple conviction: every case deserves a fresh look, not an off-the-shelf answer.

The firm advises companies, executives and individuals, from day-to-day counsel to litigation, with a constant commitment to availability and clarity — on strategy as much as on fees.
